I have a fixed rate for all my services. This rate is a fixed amount per hour worked. This rate can be adjusted each year for inflation correction.

Our standard rate for 2025 is: € 25.50 per hour worked.

No additional costs
In addition to the above hourly rate, no additional costs are charged for registration, introduction, mediation or other personal contributions.
At Ella's care we will therefore not ask for additional payment or charge a personal contribution.

iregular hours
Depending on the time of day you work, we apply surcharges.

Irregularity surcharges:
All days from 00:00 to 06:00 40
All days from 20:00 to 24:00 20%
Sundays and public holidays from 06:00 to 24:00 50%
24 December from 18:00 to 24:00 50%
31 December from 18:00 to 24:00 50%
